Review of Minor Injuries Unit (Horsham) written by a patient
6th March 2017

The reception staff, triage and emergency nurses were all wonderfully kind and efficient. My finger injury wasn't serious but I was treated quickly and calmly, and when a guy came in with a more serious injury they were ready for him in no time. I was in at a fairly quiet time (3pm Friday) and no one seemed impatient or stressed - the other minor injurees all seemed content with the cycle of waiting and being seen. Without a doubt a fantastic and important community resource.

Review of Multiple Sclerosis Specialist Nurses (North) written by a patient
25th February 2017

Telephone manner friendly when arranging appointment, face-to-face discussion with MS nurse was superb (not rushed), time and care taken in asking and answering questions. MS nurse so patient! Help and advice given in such a way that did not pressure me into making immediate decisions. Cannot fault.

Review of Falls Prevention (Kleinwort) written by a patient
8th November 2016

Kathy is an extremely friendly and professional therapist. I felt very confident that she would help me from the outset. The exercises she has given me to improve my balance, along with an exercise diary to keep me "at it" are an excellent introduction to the work I need to do to improve my balance and reduce the risk of falls. I object to the question about ethnicity. This is completely unnecessary for determining whether or not I need treatment or therapy with regard to falls prevention. It smacks of racism. Unfortunately, the website was not going to accept this review without this question being completed.

Review of Urgent Treatment Centre (Crawley) written by a patient
23rd September 2016

I was triaged quickly, the receptionist's were busy but friendly and asked if I needed a quiet room due to my mania. The person who came to see me Chris Staines was lovely, compassionate, kind and left both my husband and I feeling reassured and in control of our care. He spent 40 mins with us and even made us a tea. He offered us various medication options for my lack of sleep due to my illness Bipolar and said we could come back at any point. Nothing about my treatment that night could be improved.
